QLED and The Frame TVsI bought a brand new The Frame 75inches being very keen to use the art display option.
To my surprise, the whole process of subscribing is very cumbersome (which is already very frustrating) and it resulted in a complete failure.
After subscribing to a free trial option under a newly set up Samsung account the subscription would not work. And when playing with the membership I would receive the following message:
“This subscription is still active (410447)”
So that there was not way to refresh my subscription
After searching the issue online, I found out that a lot of people have the same issue with all forums/threads referring to multiple people going though the same issue over the years!!!
A thread suggested to cancel my subscription and re-enter a new one.
I did so and created a new Samsung account.I did re subscribed for the art service. The system, however, recognised my credit card and refused to allow for a free trial. I therefore sign up under the monthly option and my credit card was charged $5.99.
I tried again and it would still not work!!! I receive the same error message of 410447.
Given the display of art was the very reason I bought this TV I find this all process very unnerving.
How can this issue be resolved smoothly?

QLED and The Frame TVsI have exactly the same issue, and there´s absolutely no help to get from Samsung.
The frame.cs@samsung.com-email which is supposed to be the support for this, just replies with "do a power cycle by turning of the TV for 5 minutes". Does not work.
I purchased the Frame for the art-function (like 99,9% of others), and without it it´s a below average TV for the price. If Samsung doesn´t fix this, i will certainly return the TV and skip Samsung as a brand for any future purchases.
