QLED and The Frame TVsI can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Give this link a shot for me. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078932/ Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this doesn't help, I recommend ensuring that you have the unit fully up to date and soft resetting the device. last but not least, a factory reset may be in order. Just ensure you have all of your data and settings saved prior to doing so.
