There was a question from 2023 stating Art Mode was turning off the TV.  I was not able to reply to that query because the topic looks to be closed as the person solved their issue by returning the television to the store.  But I had the same problem on my 2024 Frame TV recently (03/2025).  Clicking on a picture in Art Mode would just shut off my TV.  I called Samsung, and the agent reset the Smarthub, and then told me it was defect with the TV, and they would get a technician to come out.  Since it was a 2 day old tv, I decided to get a replacement instead, believing the agent when she said it sounded like a defect.  I went through the hassle of a replacement, and the second TV did the same thing.  I called Samsung once again.  The agent had me remove all the cables from the One Box and reinsert them one at a time.  It was discovered at this time that my Bose Soundbar was interfering with Anynet+.  But she offered me no solution as she said she did not know Bose products and I should call them.   So, I called Bose, and we went through some troubleshooting and the Bose Agent had me change the HDMI Power and Audio setting to Option 4 - use when a TV does not send audio to the soundbar, or when the TV plays sound through its speakers instead of the soundbar.  Now, this actually was not happening but for some reason switching to this setting stopped the Art Mode from turning off the TV.  No explanation as to why.  So, if someone has a problem with Art Mode turning their TV off maybe check the cables going into the Soundbar one by one, check your Soundbar settings, specifically HDMI Power and Audio settings.  Hopefully, this helps someone as it was very hard to get correct help from Samsung Technical Support and if Bose did not help me, I too would have returned this product.  I am still very disappointed at the wasted time, and effort it took to fix this issue.
