Communication error

When selecting My Photos in Smart Things app getting communication error 042001. Have reset smart hub, turned tv on/off, and deleted app and re-installed. Still getting error.

I'm not sure what The Frame is but have you tried turning off your router and then back on to see if you get a more stable connection? The app says it needs BLE bluetooth do you think that should be on?

It's a type of TV made by Samsung. Looks like a frame.

Anyways, are you close to your Frame and have a good Wi-Fi connection?

I've only had experience casting my phone to a projector using Google home, the smart things did not work for me. what about factory reset of the tv? your wifi needs to be strong as well.
