Coudy on Screen when Screen is Black

Having an issue with my Samsung TV that was recently purchased from Costco 03/18/2011. In the four corners where the frames are black or when a screen goes black, there is a white cloudy color. It’s only on the black and in the corners. HELP PLEASE
