Frustrated with Warranty Return

Hello - Samsung techs came out twice to repair my QN90A TV and determined it could not be fixed and initiated a warranty refund with the returns and exchange department. It has been over two weeks and no one has contacted me about the next step. I would like to receive my money back so I can purchase a new TV. I have tried to go through phone and text support but am not getting anywhere. Is there anyone from Samsung that monitors these forums that can give me some personal assistance?
