I have a Samsung - 75" Class Q60T Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV QN75Q60TAFXZA and it turns off and on by itself and now the tv turns on and off non stop with no picture. I changed the remote batteries, unplugged the power cord for 30/60 seconds soft/hard reset and nothing will fix it I've tried everything but nothing works. I bought this tv on Oct 14 2020. Can some one help me. I can not do a factory reset because the screen is black and tv turns off and on every 5 seconds
Oh no! I completely understand how bothersome that this can be. You mentioned you had tried unplugging the television. Was it plugged into an outlet or a surge protector. If connected to a surge protector, could you try a direct outlet connection to see if the symptoms continue?
