QLED and The Frame TVsI have a 2019 65'' Q90r Samsung TV. The EU has firmware version 1419 available to download through the community pages, not the official support site. This firmware version fixes many issues in regards to eARC. Is firmware version 1419 available yet through back channels like it is in the EU? I'm currently on version 1409 and can't go back to the latest official release, 1406.
If someone from Samsung engineering can respond to this, then I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the exact same issue as you. I am in the US. I am currently on 1409 and I have no way to update to 1406.4 since it is a lower firmware version. At this point they have not removed the link for their 1409 firmware so anyone who downloads it will potentially be in the same situation locked into a firmware they can no longer update until Samsung fixes the issue. As stated in the previous post TVs in the EU had the same problem and it was resolve by their support. I posted the AVS forum link were others in the US are having the same problem as well.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same issue, on 1409. When I have called for support (sound will be working on 1 HDMI port, switch to another, and sound on that one will not work until a hard reset). I have been told that they will release, but I do not believe they are working on this. I would hope they release a new version for those of us on 1409 that are having issues.

QLED and The Frame TVsWhen I use my 2022 apple tv 4k it will just randomly lose sound when switching apps and playing audio. I ended up having to power the TV off and back on again to resolve the issue. I wish Samsung would listen and just release a firmware with a higher version number than 1409 with the same changes as 1406.4 and resolve this problem but I dont have a lot of hope at this point.
