QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Our remote for our 2020 Samsung Frame TV broke in a move. Because we moved house and changed our wifi network, we cannot connect the TV to wifi without a remote. The SmartThings app and 3rd party remote apps require a wifi connection to use. We can’t figure out the on-set controls to navigate to the wifi settings on the TV and wouldn’t be able to enter a wifi password.
How the heck do we operate our TV without a wifi connection and without the original remote? We are completely lost and frustrated.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with the remote not working on your TV. Since the remote is broken you will have to purchase a new one you can do that using this link(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00079343/). But in the meantime depending on your model you may have a button of some sort on the bottom or back of your TV.
After that you can try reachin gout to our remote management team to get them to help set the TV up for you remotely. You can reach them by calling in at 1 (800) 726-7864 and asking for remote management.
