QLED and The Frame TVsI recently bought the 50 inch QN90D (in Canada) and I can't tell if it has a protective film on it. It had a small barcode in the center of the screen, and a pull tab in the bottom left corner. I followed the directions on the Samsung website and had the TV on for a few hours to warm it up and make it easier to remove the protective barrier; however, pulling on the pull tab in the bottom left was still extremely difficult, and even when I did, it only removed about a 1 inch by 1 inch square. The barcode was still in the middle of the screen, so I ended up just removing it directly.
Does anyone know if this model normally has a protective film on the screen? I'm worried that if I leave a film on it, it may impact the quality or colors of the picture

QLED and The Frame TVs@VSB94 I would suspect that it does have a film on the entire screen. Unfortunately you have landed in the user to user discussion group for Samsung US products and services.
