I own Samsung TV NEO QLED QN85D 55 inch latest firmware 1201.8 . I have a weird issue when watching live sports such a football match i noticed frame loss and screen slowdown this often happens during replay scenes of football match, players move slowly. I turned off all motion settings in picture clarity settings with no vain. To those who own this tv do you encounter this issue? Need help plz.

First, are you using a cable box or streaming device when this occurs? Have you noticed this issue on any other sources or programs? Is it possible the slow-down is coming from the broadcaster, to show a slow motion replay?
Actually i have tried sports channels broadcasted through satellite cable via TV's LNB then i watched live football match i noticed picture gets heavy like frame drops this happens on replay scenes of the football game after that when the match resumes picture still loosing frame and players moving slowly. Picture gets back to normal after 10 or 15 seconds after replay. I also tried 4k box receiver attached to HDMI port same thing happens in addition to a sudden frame loss. Is my tv faulty? Should i return it?. Thanks for your help
I would recommend trying this with another TV first if possible. As this seems like an issue with the cable provider. I would also recommend trying any streaming apps that you have too. To see if any of these issues happen.
Indeed i have tried this on another 43 inch tv and it worked flawlessly without any issues whether streaming apps or cable. But on my qn85d same issue.
