QLED and The Frame TVsThe remote on my Q60R tv only turns the power on and off. “not available “ is displayed on the screen when any other button is pressed. The red light on the remote is flashing.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for that information. Can you if you haven't already change the batteries in the remote? reset the remote by removing the batteries and pressing and holding down the power button for 30 Seconds. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in to see if the symptoms persist.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe red light on the tv is not flashing. The channel can only changed by the button on the bottom tv.
