QLED and The Frame TVs
I have a Samsung 85" Class QN90 series NEO QLED Smart TV. For the last couple weeks, Peacock, Sling and Hulu do not work. The menus will load, but when I try to stream content I either get a 8-702 Loading error (Sling) or it just returns me to the menu. YouTube live events also do not work. Netflix and Prime work fine, and it works fine on my older Samsung TV.

I have tried everything! Uninstall/reinstall the apps, clear cache, factory reset, resetting my network within the TV menu and also my internet router itself. Nothing has worked! This is very frustrating, I have seen a few other mentions of this issue with no good resolution. Is anyone else having this problem? Any good solution out there? Not sure what else to do at this point...

EXACTLY! They sent an email saying they're looking into it and for everyone to message the moderator. I did the same thing and like you, have yet to receive a response.

QLED and The Frame TVs

Just found this posting. Having same issues with my QN65QN90CAFXZA model. Started after Tizen software update ver. 2011. Streaming apps Disney, Hulu, Paramount, Peacock and Sling experiencing issues. Had tv for less than a year when problems started - still under warranty - now the tv is not under warranty. After numerous support calls, deleting and re-installing apps, hub and factory resets failed to resolve issues, I deleted all streaming apps for the tv and connected Amazon Fire cube with all my streaming accounts and now am able to watch programs and shows. Definitely a software issue associated with the Tizen 2011 update. In November and December 2024, Samsung customer support said issue was being forwarded to tech department for resolution. To date, no response or resolution. Purchased this Smart TV so I wouldn't have to use a streaming device - what a waste.

QLED and The Frame TVs

Also just found this posting, and wanted to add that I am having the same issue on our QN85QN90CAFXZA model.  Sling and Paramount+ used to work fine, then they just stopped, and haven't since.

Same issue with QN75QN90C after the software update. As others have mentioned Sling, Paramount, Peacock, Hulu and Disney apps don't work. No issue with Netflix or Prime Video apps.

We have the same issue.  We can stream Netflix and Prime.  However, Disney+, Peacock, Hulu, YouTubeTV, and Paramount+ do not work.  We have tried all trouble shooting methods including resetting to factory defaults, restarting the router, resetting Smart Things, deleting apps.  The issue isn't the apps, it's the brick of a TV.  Also, I love how this discussion says, "solved" and the "solution" is to send a PM to their admin.  Great solution.  I love spending hours troubleshooting an expensive piece of technology that doesn't work.

One more thing.  Years ago we ordered a Samsung Washing Machine.  We paid extra for the fancy gray finish.  There was a recall on the machine that required some variety of mechanical change to the machine. Samsung pharmed the fix out to a local vendor who promptly came to our house and scratched the **bleep** out of the machine.  We ended up going back and forth with Samsung for months and finally got them to buy back the machine.  I had sworn of Samsung products because their support is not only bad, it's shady.  I'm sure this will get erased from the thread but Samsung really is a questionable organization.

I have qn95qn90aa.  I have not been able to stream peacock, Disney+.  Apps load and commercials play - but actual movie content will not.   Amazon and netflix works fine.
