QLED and The Frame TVsMy 55” Samsung Frame TV has been acting up for a while. I decided that doing a factory reset couldn’t make things worse but I was wrong.
Since I did the factory reset, my TV won’t move past the hello/hola/bonjour set up screen and no longer responds to the Samsung Smart Remote. I’ve reset the remote and tried to pair it with the TV a dozen times and nothing. I’ve unplugged all the wires and plugged them back in. No one at Samsung support is able to help. Any ideas?!

QLED and The Frame TVsUpdate: There’s nothing Samsung can do. I have to buy a new TV. This thing was $1K+ and isn’t even 2 years old. UNBELIEVABLE! Never buying a Samsung again.

QLED and The Frame TVsProducts these days have 50/50 reliability. I have yet to have a large screen that lasted more than 3 years. Versus the days when Zenith, Sharp, Sony from the 80's CRT lasted 20 years or more. Yeah they were 25" and 32" CRT, but they were rock solid. Upgrading bigger screen was the only reason to shelf them or donate. Buy extended warranty for 3 years or maybe 5, then when it expires these guys break. lol
