Hello, just delivered today and I can't get any sound from the tv speakers. Reset the TV a few times, pulled power a few times.

Apparently if I turn it off for a couple mins and then turn it back on l'll get maybe 6 or so menu click sounds and then briefly some sound from tv plus and then it cuts out again.

Is this common? Maybe an issue with the software update it installed during setup.

Hello @scorpdragon! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your TV not having any audio. I would recommend that you make sure this is occurring on all sources if possible, and also make sure that the TV volume is not muted in any way. Also if you do have a soundbar or other home sound system see if this is occurring without it hooked up to the TV. If none of this helps service will be required. But as you have recently purchased the TV I recommend getting an exchange for the TV.
