QLED and The Frame TVsHello @scorpdragon! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your TV not having any audio. I would recommend that you make sure this is occurring on all sources if possible, and also make sure that the TV volume is not muted in any way. Also if you do have a soundbar or other home sound system see if this is occurring without it hooked up to the TV. If none of this helps service will be required. But as you have recently purchased the TV I recommend getting an exchange for the TV.
