Samsung TV Plus Stuck on Samsung S95B

Hi

I have bought Samsung 55” S95B TV Jan 2023. it is updated to the latest version. When I am using my Samsung TV plus app it hangs and when I press home button it restarts my tv and sometimes no button works I had to manually switch off and on. It happened already 10 times. Please help to resolve this solutions.

Please try to factory reset the TV then try again. If the problem continues it might be the Samsung TV plus app.
