Samsung TV plus what controls the local channel market?

I am located in the Tampa FL market but I am getting Orlando FL local channels. I texted with Samsung support and they reset the smarthub and the Orlando channels came back. What drives which market is selected for locals? I have searched high and low and cannot find any place to input a zip code for setting up the channels or changing the metro area.

I am having the same issue. This is so important during hurricane season. I’m in Citrus County and my channels should be Tampa Bay. I changed my zip code in my Samsung account to a Tampa zip code and reset my tv. Still getting Orlando. I have never watched Orlando news when had cable. My market is Tampa.
