QLED and The Frame TVs
I'm just venting here, but I am slowly edging myself out of my Samsung ecosystem. I refuse to buy another Samsung TV! I owned a 2021 QLED series A and a 2022 QLED series B, both, which I purchased brand new , and both, that died around 18 months of ownership. Having the warranty is irrelevant if I bought two TVs in the same series and both died within the same time frame. And both had the same exact problem , the motherboards were shot . Plus, the picture quality really was bad, regardless of the settings. I ended up buying a TCL mini LED QM7, which I absolutely love! I am no longer paying more for a name and getting less in quality. I will never go back to Samsung TVs.
The next thing to go is my phone. I have the Galaxy Z flip 6. I don't need all this AI **bleep**, even though I do use the rest of all the bells and whistles. I will be getting the next iteration of the Motorola Razr.
I'm just so tired of paying more and getting back very little, and in spite of all of the Samsung customers before me that have complained through every medium possible, Samsung's greed has just got in the way and I want nothing more to do with it.
I have vented. Thank you for listening!

I'm sorry that you've had this experience. I have two Samsung TVs purchased in 2018, neither have had any issues and look great. I also have a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator, also purchase at the same time frame as the TVs. The only issue I've had with it is the frost build up in the ice cube maker, but this is a common problem for these units regardless of the maker. I also have a Samsung washer and dryer, which I've had since 2020. They work perfectly. Finally, I have a Samsung s23 Ultra, and before that the s10+. Both phones worked great and worked well with my other Samsung devices in my home.

Unfortunately, Apple does not make appliances like refrigerators, so, I guess, the only other alternative might be LG if home automation and connectivity is your thing?

AI appears to hold a lot of promise in the future, though it is in it's infancy stage, so that many companies are trying to get on the wave before they're are left behind, much like Microsoft was late to the party with Windows Phone. You don't have to use it though.

That said, should you find that your new TVs continue to not last as long as they should, I would have an electrician check your wiring. Perhaps your getting surges that are killing your devices.

I wish you all the best.

I'm not really into home automation, but I do have all my devices connected, pc's, laptop, TV, surround system, phone, 2 sets of buds...
But, I didn't make the switch without doing many hours of research. Plus my transitioning out of Samsung has everything to do with them not being the company they used to be and how they take care of their customers, especially the ones that have been with them for many years, like myself.
I'm going to get away from the flip series because the Motorola Razr is equally as good of a phone as the flip only it doesn't have the AI which I don't use anyways and it's several hundred dollars cheaper. Plus, the Razr's outer screen is much more functional than Samsung's. They are way ahead of Samsung in that aspect which is something I want. I used to trade in my flip every year starting with the third iteration up until now and they're trade-in values especially this year were a joke! And I'm not the only one that feels that way. Over the years, Samsung has gotten reader and the quality of their products have gone downhill. Look at the buds 3 Pro. They were DISASTER right out of the gate! They hyped it and hyped it and it was a complete disappointment. It took months for them to rectify it. I mean I actually own a pair now because I bought it 6 months after launch and I'm quite pleased with them, but with new products they are quick to rush them out and quality control be damned.
