Samsung plus some channels showing black screen

My 2 year old qn60

Is having a strange issue

Several of the samsung plus channels look like they will play

But goes to a black screen

Then you can fast forward and see the scenes but hit play and nothing

It is very hit and miss.

I tried a complete tv reset.

Power down over night

Also setting dns to Google

8.8.8.8

Nothing no change.

Also deleted and reloadedsmsung plus

Also it appears disney is acting the same

But other things stream great.

Home wireless is great on 2.4 and 5 gh

Everything else works great

That does sound aggravating! Since it's happening on only the 2 apps, I'd suggest making sure they are updated first. If the issue persists after checking for updates, you'd need to reach out to the app developers directly to see if they can do anything on their side. You can do this by going to the app description in the app store and scrolling down to find their information.
