The solar remote for the TV I bought two years ago has been out for the past year. It will not charge from sunlight or lamplight. It won’t charge when plugged up all night. The next day after being plugged in using a USB cord it still only works when plugged in. I see many issues posted about this issue with solar remotes not charging online. Is Samsung addressing this? Any class action claims or lawsuit in existence yet? This TV wasn’t cheap. I thought this brand was dependable.
