Solar remote red light stays on continuously

My remote is not working and red light stays on continuously.

I have the same problem and the remote doesn't work I tried all fixes no change I'm guessing it is dead

Have you tried plugging it into a charger?

Yes also tried to recalibrate but nothing red light stays on no flashing and no buttons will work

Hello! Thank you so much for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns about the remote not working and the red light flashing. I'll be more than delighted to assist. Are you in a room void of sunlight? If so, it could not be getting enough charge.

The red light doesn't flash as me and OP both stated the light stays on all the time and doesn't work

I am not sure why but I also have the same problem, did they push any software which caused this issue???
