Sound Bar HWM360 Can't Connect with USB

I can connect this sound bar to my 50QN90QN with a digital cable, but when I connect with a USB cable, the readout says "No USB." Any ideas? I checked the cable connections several times.

@useryuldcBg38J Per the user manual, the USB port on the HWM360 is only for connecting USB flash drive to the HWM360.
