I have downloaded SmartThings three times now because for reasons I cannot understand, Frame does not recognize that I am using the SmartThings app on my smart phone when I am trying to upload art. It recognizes it for all other things, but when I attempt to upload art, it indicates that I must connect Frame to my smartphone on the same network to do anything at all with that is not a part of the subscription package which I canceled. I canceled the subscription because for $4.95 per month. It seemed to me that during Christmas I should be able to find one piece of art representative of the birth of Christ. I could not and purchased my own art off-line and then spent literally hours installing an uninstalling and reinstalling and re-doing passwords and re-adding apps because I had to completely reset in order to upload three pieces of art. Today I attempted to upload another and I am having the exact same problem as before. I know from multiple other forums Iām not the only person experiencing this problem. Itās been ongoing since 2022. I would never recommend a Frame TV to anyone
