I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and seek assistance regarding the Q70D TV I recently purchased. Despite being advertised on the Samsung website as capable of running at 120Hz, I am unable to achieve this refresh rate.
I have connected my laptop, which is equipped with an Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card, to the TV. However, the maximum refresh rate I am getting while gaming is only 60fps. This is extremely disappointing, as I specifically bought this TV to enjoy gaming at 120Hz in 4k resolution.
Could you please provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
