Volume goes down when changing channels on Q70

Hi All,

I just got my Samsung Q70 and my issue is this.

The moment I change channels the volume drops 1 click. I have a cable box on, and originally I thought that was affecting it yet it does the exact same thing with local channels when connected directly to the antenna.

I have deactivated sound sensor, deactivated Amplify and deactivated Hdmi eARC mode.

Yet the issue persists, can you please help?
