Model issue while registering my TV on website

My Samsung Smart TV Q led turn out as 21_NIKEL_UHD when I registered on Samsung website.

Double-Check the Model Number on Your TV, Checking the back of the TV for a sticker that lists the model number and serial number, Navigating to the TV’s Settings: On your TV, go to Settings > Support > About This TV, where the correct model number should be listed.

Also, you will want to make sure that you are registering your television on the website in your region.

All my devices are registered since, but every time there an update , the name change too even I try to hard wire the TV, surround sound Q, and my blu ray player. All my devices are corrupted.
