QLED and The FrameI just picked up a 75 inch qn800a. Picture looks great but on certain frequencies the rear of the tv rattles like a blown speaker. If you touch the back lower part of the tv while it’s vibrating it stops. Is there anyone else out there experiencing the same problem? The tv is only 3 days old . Thanks for any help or fixes .

QLED and The FrameHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this occurring to your new TV, have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the link below? If this still occurs after attempting them this will require service, as your TV is so new you do have the option of a return/exchange.

QLED and The FrameNot sure as if you call them they read from a piece of paper and tell you to do all the stuff I already did. I put 2 plastic rods from the wall to the back of the set with a piece of foam in between to act as a damper. This helps a lot but for 3 grand they should be the one that comes up with a fix.

QLED and The FrameMine was doing the same exact thing. So I went behind it and held a speaker and it stopped. Then I noticed one cable was lightly touching one of the speakers. I moved the cable away from the speakers and it sounds great now. The slightest thing touching the speaker will cause this problem. I hope this helps you too.
