My Frame 55 continues to shut itself on and off continuously. I've done soft restarts, I've che ked wifi and the connection is strong. When I am able to connect I've checked settings and everything that could trigger this on and off situation has been switched off. Samsung support has been horrible. I can't even email, I get an email bounce back error message. Has anyone had this problem with there Frame TV?
