Add Samsung Music in Android Auto

Add Samsung Music compatibility with Android Auto. I would prefer using it with Android Auto and not have to download other apps it's a waste of space.

Samsung music, like other Samsung software, will likely only run on a Samsung device. Since cars are not equipped with Samsung hardware/software, it's doubtful the functionality can be added.  Also, Android Auto is not a Samsung product, it's an Android/Google product, so likely Samsung couldn't add the functionality even if they wanted to.

Samsung Music is already currently supported as a usable app in the app Launcher in Android Auto.

Is it?  I haven't used AA in a long while and I don't stream music from my phone.  All my music is loaded onto my car's hard drive, so I never noticed which apps were available.

It would actually make for less clutter on this app if only people would check to see if  they actually already have the feature they are requesting.

Yes. I've used it every day since I had my Note 20 Ultra. I love it. I have a Zold 6 now it's definitely there. If it's not docked at the bottom, the OP can press the app Launcher icon to get to it.

Why did you make a post demanding someone without even seeing if the feature is already added?

I would check to make sure you have the latest Samsung Music app update available and also go into Android Auto and make sure Samsung Music is checked in your Customize Launcher setting.

Samsung Music is not listed in my customize launcher. How did you get it in there?

It's always been there. Are you projecting Android Auto onto your head unit in your vehicle from your phone, or is it Android Automotive that's in your vehicle?
