Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with Bixby vision not populating as many selections and would be happy to look into this further for you. Bixby may occasionally display an error message or not respond to your voice commands. Before anything else, make sure your device is connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If it's connected, but you're still experiencing issues, you will need to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps. Give this link a try for the steps to clear the cache for Bixby Vision: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001306/
I would also recommend clearing the cache for your camera app. Go to settings > apps > camera > tap on force stop and then storage and clear the cache.
Another step to try would be to reset the camera setting. Go to the camera app > tap on the gear > tap on reset camera settings > then tap on reset.
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend submitting an error report. Give this link a try for steps to properly submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/How-to-submit-an-error-report/td-p/247...
