Samsung Apps and ServicesIt is possible that the security setting preventing you from taking a screen capture is related to Digital Rights Management (DRM). Some apps and content providers use DRM to prevent users from capturing screenshots or recording videos of their content. If an app or content provider has implemented DRM, it may prevent you from taking screenshots within the app or when viewing DRM-protected content.
Another possibility is that your device may have a security feature called Secure Folder enabled. Secure Folder is a feature on Samsung devices that creates a separate, secure space on your device to store apps, files, and other data. If you have enabled Secure Folder and are trying to take a screenshot of content within the folder, you may encounter an error message indicating that screen capture is not allowed.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try disabling Secure Folder temporarily and attempting to take a screenshot again. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Samsung support or the app/content provider for further assistance.
