Considering you guys have the highest security of any other smart phone company, don't you think that your security features should be turned ON, by default? 🤨 Case & Point: Samsung devices offer the ability to Remotely Unlock the device when someone forgets their lock screen password. Why do we have to remember (or be told in most cases by others smart enough know the feature is there) to turn on the feature inside of Find My Mobile? After setting up a lock screen Password, Remote Unlock should be immediately turned on.
Also, if customers are to require a Samsung account for the use of Find My Mobile and Remote Unlock therein, then more obvious info should be shown during device setup so users know WHY they need a Samsung account. Giving the option to create a Samsung account by tapping "Continue With Google" button is great. But it would be much more efficient if you allowed customers to simply use their Google account (Assuming Google would allow you to, as you're working so closely with them lately).
