Cannot find Good Lock in the Galaxy Store

Hello everyone, today I saw a YouTube video where you can design your mobile phone with Good Lock. The task manager where you can change that that would be cool. I then looked in the Galaxy Store but it doesn't exist there. Tried this on various Samsung devices, but somehow it wasn't found on any.
Good Lock should have been around for about 3 months in German-speaking countries (I googled) but it doesn't exist.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 with version One Ui 3.1.
Please can someone help me, as that would be very important to me.

Thanks for your time.

Now I know that Good Lock isn't available in my country yet.

I thought when it is in Germany available than also in Austria.

I klicked on your link and there stand that this funktion isn't available in you country.

I hope they make this for Austria also, and please forgive me that my english isn't well as yours but my motherlanguage is german.

It's technically NOT in Good Lock now.

It's in the Home Up module within Good Lock.
