Decrease time for System notification

Hi guys. I need help. Who knows how to decrease time for "system" notifications. See attached screen - (Copied to clipboar)d, I am not sure I call it correctly sorry in advance if confuse someone )

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action. Pick a short timeout.
