I didn't know where to submit this feedback, but "battery protection" mode should have a symbol to indicate it's in paused mode. I don't want to connect my phone and think it's going to charge in the morning if it's not (ex: the other end isn't plugged in). It could just be blue and a clock/circle/line inside.

Thank you for your interest in sharing your idea with Samsung. We appreciate your feedback and will tag it on the forum so that it will appear with other feedback, ideas, and requests. This will allow your post to be more easily found in the event that Samsung product groups are seeking outside feedback/requests/ideas regarding our products.

@GaryB82 is also correct, you can submit the feedback to Samsung devlopers using the error reporting in the Members app. Here is a link with the steps: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

You can submit a error report in the support tab in the Members app and mention what you would like it to do that the only way to submit feedback unless you contact customer service
