I have purchased this phone this week and I cannot see smart view nowhere. Some other people had the same issue as I have seen on internet. I also heard that the previous A series had smart view but why not on this device? I am going to refund it back to the store if there is no smart view because I use it a lot in my daily life.
I loved Samsung up until this, this is disgraceful asf to down grade a new version of the a20. waste of money honestly , why do I have a Samsung curve of I can use its features . I have Apple as well but I got the galaxy for the Samsung features
