How can I disable Samsung Internet?

Since my last update my phone while reading on FB or IG another screen will suddenly pop up regarding tarot cards, a game or Samsung internet. I have checked everything I know to do, can I disable Samsung internet which I feel is part of the issue?

Open the settings for the Samsung browser and then go to the browsing privacy dashboard and then turn on the block pop-ups and redirects, you can also turn on AdBlock from the settings menu,
