How do I change the color of the text items in the circled area in Good lock?

How do I change the color of the text items in the circled area? Any ideas?

It always seems to default to red and brown colors and I want it to be blue.

You have to tap on the pencil icon.

Once you hit the :pencil: icon that page has text from both "On Surface" and "Highlight"
