Open Google Maps, click the big circle at the right end of the search bar at the top of the screen. Click "Settings" -> "Navigation settings" -> "Google Assistant settings" -> "Driving mode" -> "Hey Google" detection
If this doesn't help, and since this isn't a Samsung app, I suggest asking the Google Map developers.
