It should be loaded as one of your apps on the phone. On Samsung phones it is one of the pass that is pre-loaded. Do a search on the phone. You may have it hidden.

Reminders is hidden within Bixby. Ask Bixby to open the reminders app and from there, you can go to settings and add the app icon to your apps screen.

@Ptesanwi The Samsung Reminder app is in the Galaxy store. 

Hadn't heard about adding it via Bixby.
