Two years ago, I applied for SAMSUNG Financing but received a letter saying I did not qualify. Back then, I had never built credit, and I assume that was the reason I did not get approved. I want to reapply now, but that option is locked in my account. I remember the letter saying there was no need to resubmit an application but to call instead if I wanted to reapply. However, I lost that letter long ago, and I do not know how to communicate with someone who can help me with this issue.
How can I communicate with someone from Samsung Financing?
If I call TD Bank, will they be able to help me?
