In addition to what Gossipfunda said, have you tried tapping the menu on the bottom right on the Gallery app, in the stories tab, then tapping Shared Albums? Can you share a screenshot(s) of what you are seeing on your side? Also, are you saying this is for a Galaxy A23 or a Galaxy S23?
Hi there, my gallery app just comes up with 4 dots in the middle of the screen when I hit share and nothing happens. When I add a story to my favourites, it doesn't show in the favourites file either.
I've been talking with two experts for 4 days, and they still can't figure out how to share a story from gallery. It's really stupid to have a feature that you can't use.
