Is the Smart tag rainproof?

I've just received the Samsung smart tag, box shows a picture that it can be used for keys, luggage and dog.

I am using this for my dog now but then realised, what if it rains?

I see no clear guides on this anywhere and I am now confused if it will be OK. Can we have some clarity on this urgently please.

Thanks, so I clearly should not use this under weather conditions since it might break.
