Issues with Samsung Financing site

So I keep getting emails in regards to changes made to the samsung financing site. At first it was about a new site they were moving too. Next was about the site being down for a couple days. Then it was about needing to reset my password. Unfortunately, I am still unable to log into the site. Is anyone else having issues with this?

Same here. Gives me Samsung Financing option then takes me to Affirm at checkout.

It looks like you posted this back on 7/16, did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue, but seems like there are many others getting different responses from customer service.

I am having this exact issue, got an email to reset password and when i put in my details, it tells me to contact support and my account has been locked!I have called support 3 times and i have been put on hold for over an hour each time!
