I don't know what device you're using, I assume something with Android. If it was me, I'd just download the app from the app store, make sure it's updates, then delete. It's possible that it's on the device, just disabled or hidden. We could try to go over ways to look for it to enable, but the easiest way is to find it in the app store, and if it's on the phone, instead of install it will say "enable".
