I know the answer of my own question. I have seen the banner and I downloaded the beta. The solution is to uninstall the members app and reinstall it. After doing that, the banner appeared.

I haven't ran into many issues. I was able to DL it with 20-30 min after signing up. It's a solid look although I haven't found any way to change the notification color on display. It's a solid white and certain icons are not visible. Also my carrier is boost although I noticed the change with T-Mobile. But my service still runs. It's the first day and I'll find the feedback forum eventually

I did download it but it  was so buggy for me I rolled back to the previous one ui. Finger printer reader was acting up, home screen was moving my apps off, lock screen was acting up, and kept dropping from wifi. I just got tired of it.
