How do you enroll for beta? Is it just given to samsung 24 plus or u need to be in beta?

I wish samsung put Dynamic island like iPhone in the center front Camara 

Because we are the consumer we love to see that in one ui 7 and I wish samsung delivery 6.1.1 soon
