Ordered tickets and saved to phone, but can't find them anywhere

Help!!! I ordered tickets, pushed save to phone, where did they go??? Not in my gallery, drive or anywhere else that I can see. Please help my husband is talking divorce

Check Google Pay, tickets get saved there sometimes.

@woodstocc Ordered tickets from where? Ticketmaster? Stubhub? an airline?

When I downloaded tickets in the past they would be in a pdf file in my downloads folder.

But it would be helpful to know what service you used to purchase your tickets because different sites/apps could have different formats/locations for your downloaded tickets.

Thanks everybody so far I haven't been able to find them and I've looked everywhere. I ordered the tickets from ticketmadter BUT I used chrome. I went through chrome, ordered the tickets, got the tickets, opened the tickets, it said to push save to phone, I did. Then I created a account in my husband's name. When he got home he tried to save the tickets to his phone and it told him the tickets had already been saved, by me. The tickets were delivered Go Mobile, you can't use screen shots or download an rent, they won't accept them. So now, I can't find the tickets ANYWHERE in my phone and as the concert gets closer my husband gets madder. I honestly don't know what to do.

Download the Ticketmaster app and log into your Ticketmaster account. 

1. Click the 3 line menu in upper left of the Ticketmaster app
2. Click on "My Events"
3. You can click on your event and it will show you your tickets.
