I figured this out last night.

-Turn off your phone.
-Hold the volume up and power buttons until the Samsung appears and release both buttons.
-Use the volume down key to navigate to 'Repair Apps.'
-Your phone will restart and should now do away with the white screen.

I'm still getting the annoying "Rich call display" notification, but I can at least answer calls now.

I'd rather have that annoying notification and have my caller ID and blank screen

So the little symbol was still up top but was able to get the notification to clear off my phone when you swipe down try to get it to go down more there's a option to hit "got it" and once you click it will go away Screenshot_20231121_141354_Messages.jpg

Mine did this exact same thing.....pulling my sims card for 30 mins and then putting it back seemed to fix mine.  Have you tried that?
