Samsung Apps and Services-Turn off your phone.
-Hold the volume up and power buttons until the Samsung appears and release both buttons.
-Use the volume down key to navigate to 'Repair Apps.'
-Your phone will restart and should now do away with the white screen.
I'm still getting the annoying "Rich call display" notification, but I can at least answer calls now.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMine did this exact same thing.....pulling my sims card for 30 mins and then putting it back seemed to fix mine. Have you tried that?
