That's not the question that was asked. I am well aware of how to obtain Gboard, as it's the only keyboard I use. The OP was asking for certain features to be added to GBoard.

Of course, due to bad grammar and lack of a complete thought, I can only assume he wants G-Board to act like Samsung Keyboard, and I don't know what he means by moving keyboard, as both Samsung keyboard and G-Board can be "floating". You cannot put a theme on G-Board, though.

You can do themes on G-Board

You can do the themes that Google allows, not the type that Samsung does. And, we still don't know exactly what the OP is asking, because there is not a complete statement here
